What forms am I required to complete?
If you are the person that will be the guarantee on the lease then you will be required to fill out the Guarantor Application and sign the Guaranty Agreement. To pass as a qualifying guarantor you must meet the requirements stated in our Rental Criteria. Please contact our leasing office for additional details.
What forms will my student be signing?
Your student will be signing our lease, rental criteria and community policies.
What are the payment methods for current residents?
Payments are accepted online via the online resident portal or by bringing a personal check, cashier's check or money order into the office. Each rental installment is due on the first of the month, and will be considered late on the 4th of the month. A $50 late fee will be applied beginning the 4th of each month and an additional $10 will be added until the rental installment is paid in full.
To sign in you will need a username/password and apt #.

What does the term 'lease by the bed' mean? How is this better for my child?
Individual leasing provides the opportunity for our residents to live in an apartment environment with roommates without the stress of renting out the whole apartment. Individual leasing allows us to split the rent and utilities making each resident responsible for only their portion of the rent.
What does the monthly rental rate include?
The rent includes the rental amount for the bedroom and shared occupancy of the common areas as well as cable and internet.
Do you offer a 24-hr emergency maintenance?
Yes. Our goal is to have every request completed within 72 hours of contact. We also have an after-hour phone number for our on-call maintenance team in case you have an emergency outside of office hours.
What about utilities?
Here at Crossing Place you are required to pay for water, electricity, trash and sewage. A good average that we see is between $35-$65 per person per month, however this can vary depending on the number of residents in the apartment, time of the year, and personal usage.
